Ab Workout Without Crunching

There’s nothing wrong with sticking to the classics when it comes to working your abs, despite what those infomercials may tell you.

But we love this killer ab exercise and recommend it in every ab routine.

Kneeling Twisting Deadlift:

  • Start in a kneeling position with your shows on the floor,  hands behind head.
  • Lift your hips back as you lower your chest to the floor, keeping your back flat.
  • Then raise your upper body back into the starting position. While you’re coming up, squeeze those glutes, drive your hips forward.
  • Once your body is upright, twist left to right.
  • Continue this for at least 1 minute, longer if you could.
