Gone are the hot summer days when bikini and shorts are the best options, it’s now fall which means it’s time to layer up and put on your favorite pair of denim pants. Denim, regardless of how you wear it, has always been a fashion statement. And what’s also great about denim wear is that even though its simplest style remains a classic, there are a lot of ways to re-invent it and make it your own. Just recently, stars like the Hadid sisters, Rosie Huntington-Whitely and Emily Ratajkowski have been pictured in their favorite denim jeans. Now, since it is fall and officially denim season, I’m going to show you the fall 2016 denim trends that you can surely rock.
Patches Are Back! – Yes, you read that right. It’s that time of the year again to wear patched up denim. This sort of jeans can be really fun to work with as they are edgy and a bit more different than the norm. Plus, wearing them can also show your fun and outgoing personality.
Mix It Up! – Jeans with mixed colored patches are also a great way to start your fall season. Not only are they fun and edgy, they are also very compatible with other clothing such as a leather jacket or even a long sleeved crop top. Both Gigi and Bella Hadid were recently pictured rocking this one.
Flared Jeans – this classic denim pants style is making a comeback this fall season. Aside from being a bit more formal alternative to distressed jeans, flared denim pants can work well if you’re trying to put on a rocker chick look.
High-waist Jeans – another classic denim pants look is once again back at the market. A designer like Alexander Wang created new designs and gave the high waist jeans the 2016 treatment it deserves.
Shadow Washed Denim – jeans like this have that vintage effect, but that’s exactly what you’d like. If you’re into keeping it classic, but chic, then this one is for you. Heidi Klum was recently photographed rocking this type of denim pants. So what are you waiting for? Put your favorite denim pants on and enjoy this fall!
